At Design Place, we value your trust and are committed to delivering high-quality interior design services tailored to your needs. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every project we undertake. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.
1. Consultation & Design Fees

Fees paid for initial consultations, design concepts, mood boards, and site visits are non-refundable, as they involve dedicated time, effort, and expertise.

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Custom Design Services

Interior design services are personalized and custom-made for each client. Once the design process has begun, fees are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with the proposed designs, we offer reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Furniture, Décor & Material Orders

Products such as furniture, fixtures, and décor items ordered through Design Place are non-refundable once purchased, as these are often custom or special-order items.

Refunds may be possible only if the supplier/manufacturer accepts returns, subject to their terms and conditions.

In case of defective or damaged items, we will assist in coordinating replacement or repair with the vendor.
4. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after signing the agreement:

The advance payment/deposit is non-refundable.

Any expenses already incurred (design hours, site visits, vendor bookings, purchased materials) will be deducted from the amount paid.

If payments exceed work completed, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and non-recoverable vendor costs will be deducted.
